I need childseats. Is this possible?
Yes. We have childseats from different groups: Group I: Suitable for children weighing between 9 and 18 kg. Group II: Suitable for children weighing between 15 and 25 kg (approximately between 4 years and 6 years). Group III: Suitable for children weighing between 22 and 36 kg (approximately between 5 months and 11 years). You can select what you need and just enter the age of your children.

Cancellations received with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded in full. No refunds for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the transfer time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver of Airport Taxi Valencia will check your flight arrival, so if your flight arrives late there will still be a driver waiting to meet you at no extra cost!
Am I charged if my flight is delayed?
No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We always check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.

What are ‘one-way’ and ‘return’ bookings?
A one-way booking is a single journey from A to B, such as from the airport to your hotel. The price is based on the number of miles driven. A return booking is a two-way journey from A to B and back again, such as from the airport to your hotel and then back from the hotel to the airport a few days later.
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes, it is required by Spanish Law that all taxi companies are licensed by the Public Carriage Office or Transport for Valencia.
Is it allowed to travel with pets or animals?
